We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 working days after payment confirmation

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

  • 🇬🇧 UK → 3–5 business days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe → 5–9 business days

  • 🇺🇸 US & 🇨🇦 Canada → 7–12 business days

  • 🌍 Worldwide → 10–20 business days

Shipping Fees

  • UK → from £4.50 | Free shipping over £80

  • Europe → from £6.50 | Free shipping over £90

  • US & Canada → from £7.50 | Free shipping over £95

  • Worldwide → from £9.99 (no free shipping)

​ Note: All orders are processed in GBP (£). Currency conversions at checkout are handled automatically by your payment provider. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange

We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s an issue, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty

  • Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner — please contact us before sending anything back

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days once the returned item is received and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at racelab.studio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund (you may be asked to return the item first)
