We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs checks, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We may ask you to return the faulty/incorrect item before a replacement or refund is issued.
Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

RACELAB STUDIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
